Jay Luchetti, the founder of JL Development Co., brings substantial expertise from his tenure at Trammell Crow Residential, where he led the Northern California division. He managed multifamily development projects totaling over 1,200 units, with a capitalization exceeding $500 million. Jay holds a B.S. in Managerial Economics from UC Davis and is dedicated to integrating sustainable and innovative building practices, striving to establish JL Development Co. as a respected leader in Northern California's real estate industry.
